MINDPOWER PRESENTATIONS INC. RESCHEDULE/CANCELLATION POLICY
Reschedule/Cancellation Policy - If you, your company, or an organization you represent, wish to reschedule or cancel any agreement of any kind, (service or product fulfillment), that you made with MindPower Presentations Inc., you may do so at anytime by filling out the mandatory reschedule/cancellation form below.
Please note: NO OTHER FORMS OF AGREEMENT RESCHEDULING/CANCELLATION ORDERS WILL BE ACCEPTED OR ACKNOWLEDGED.

If you've chosen to reschedule fulfillment of an agreed upon MindPower Presentations Inc. service or product, please refer to Remedies and Solutions below.
If you've chosen to cancel your agreement, as per your agreement with MindPower Presentations Inc., any order of cancellation or request of cancellation of agreed upon service by any company, organization or private representative of your agreement effectively confirms that you agree and confirm that you release MindPower Presentations Inc. from all further contractual obligations. You also confirm and agree that all payments made to MindPower Presentations Inc. to secure said service or product are non-refundable as stated in your agreement regardless of any reason including acts of God or government.
Confirmation of your order of agreement cancellation will be sent back to you via email and no further action will be required.
Cancellation Applications - This cancellation policy applies to every service or product of MindPower Presentations Inc. and any other trade name or DBA owned by MindPower Presentations Inc.
This Cancellation Policy shall be governed by, construed and enforced in accordance with the laws of the city, province and country of WINDSOR ONTARIO CANADA , as it is applied to agreements entered into and to be performed entirely within such jurisdiction.
Remedies and Solutions
All service or product fulfillment issues/disputes can be resolved as follows:
If an issue or dispute of fulfillment arises in relation to your agreement, MindPower Presentations Inc. agrees to first try to resolve the issue with you, the agreement holder.
This remedy of fulfillment resolution is as follows:
MindPower Presentations Inc. agrees to resolve the said fulfillment of service dispute brought by the agreement holder by rescheduling the agreed upon date of service or product fulfillment to a NEW MUTUALLY AGREED UPON DATE within 365 days of the initial agreed upon service date.
You agree that the final decision of any new rescheduled date is at the sole discretion of MindPower Presentations Inc. and the rescheduling of your agreement comes at no financial hardship, burden or expense of any kind to MindPower Presentations Inc.
If any additional expenses are incurred by MindPower Presentations Inc. due to your agreement rescheduling request (rescheduled travel expenses, etc), you, the company and or organization your represent agree to compensate MindPower Presentations Inc. for these additional expenses in full, BEFORE the rescheduled service is fulfilled and completed.
If all remedies between you, the agreement holder and MindPower Presentations Inc. do not arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution, you have the option of seeking the guidance of a mutually agreed-upon mediator in the following location: WINDSOR ONTARIO CANADA.
Any and all costs and fees including personal attorney fees associated with the mediation is at your expense.
If it proves impossible to arrive at a mutually satisfactory solution through mediation, you may submit the dispute to binding arbitration at the following location: WINDSOR ONTARIO CANADA, under the rules of the Canadian Arbitration Association.
To the extent you have, in any manner, violated or threatened to violate any term of the cancellation policy within your agreement for any service or product provided by MindPower Presentations Inc., we may seek injunctive or other appropriate relief, in the city of WINDSOR, in the province of ONTARIO , and you consent to this exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
Judgment upon the award rendered by the arbitration may be entered in any court with jurisdiction to do so.
Terms of Termination by Cancellation - The terms of your agreement and the client cancellation policy within your agreement are effective until your agreement is either fulfilled by MindPower Presentations Inc or cancelled and or terminated by the company, organization or authorized agreement holder.
Termination by cancellation of your agreement with MindPower Presentations Inc. by you, your company and or your organization at any time results in the immediate release of any and all service obligation, product obligation or financial obligation by MindPower Presentations Inc. to fulfill said agreement.
Your agreement will terminate immediately and without notice within 30 days PAST the rendered service obligation date agreed to on your agreement with MindPower Presentations Inc. should you fail to comply with any term or provision of your agreement or contact MindPower Presentations Inc. to seek a mutually agreed upon resolution of fulfillment.
Upon cancellation and or termination of your agreement, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
Any and all agreement details, agreement disputes and or agreement resolutions between you, the agreement holder, and MindPower Presentations Inc. are deemed private in nature and subject to publication ban.
Any and all public announcements, slander, defamation, misinformation, and or any other damaging comments and or publication of any kind made through any social media or any other means due to a dissatisfaction of any dispute and or dispute resolution between you, the agreement holder, and MindPower Presentations Inc will be subject to legal recourse.
